Representative transmission electron micrographs of Y. pseudotuberculosis parent (WT), ΔcpxA, ΔcpxA/pWKS_cpxA complementation strain and an empty plasmid control ΔcpxA/pWKS bacteria were cultured with and without, 2 μg/ml of colistin for 30 min at 26 °C.
