The genomes of Cyanobacteria derived from OCA-1 with more than 80% protein similarity were selected for comparative analysis, and the upstream and downstream regions of macrolide resistance genes were compared and mapped. Purple arrows represent the macrolide resistance gene from Cyanobacteria species. If two sequences from two loci share sequence similarity, they are linked with shadows that change color according to sequence similarity.
