a Cell cycle analysis of OVCAR3 and MDA-MB-436 cells exposed to SF50 concentrations of SRA737, adavosertib or the combination of SRA737 and adavosertib for 24 h. The experiments were carried in triplicate as independent replicates. Mean values and standard deviations are represented in this figure. b OVCAR3 and MDA-MB-436 cells exposed to SF50 concentrations of SRA737, adavosertib or the combination of SRA737 and adavosertib for 24 h. Western blot analysis showing an increased levels of pCHK1 Ser345, c-PARP and pγH2AX and in OVCAR3 and MDA-MB436 cell exposed to control, adavosertib, SRA737 and the combination of adavosertib and SRA737 when cells were exposed to SF50 concentrations for 24 hours. The experiment was conducted once.
