  1. Clusters of chronic health conditions were identified using hierarchical cluster analysis, based on the Jaccard distancing and Ward’s minimum variance methods. The analysis included conditions with a prevalence of more than 5% in 5-year childhood cancer survivors with chronic multimorbidity at study exit (N = 424 individuals).
