Measures of wild-type OXTRC formation when [OXT] = Kd in a HEK293T cells (Kd = 0.56 nM) and b human myometrial cells (Kd = 1.6 nM). The initial concentration of wild-type OXTR in HEK293T cells was 254 nM (159,539 copies/cell), and in myometrial cells it was 1.68 nM (14,098 copies/cell). Oxytocin dose-response curve for c HEK293T cells and d human myometrial cells. The left y axis shows bound WT OXTR complex in pM, and right Y axis shows the bound WT OXTR complex in complexes/cell. The maximal WT OXTR complex formation was recorded at 10 hours for 50 increasing oxytocin doses ranging between 1 pM to 1 μM.
