Colors show glider missions described in Table 1. Linear regressions, root mean squared errors (RMSe) and correlation coefficients (r2) are specified. Statistics are carried on 414 and 373 data points, respectively, considering values <8 mg m−3 and >0.03 mg m−3 for chlorophyll-a.
