(b) Effect of tracking errors Tracking errors limit research reproducibility, significantly (p0.0001) affecting the typical readouts from MP-IVM experiments. The figures (top-left and top-right) and the graphs (bottom) compare the manual tracks presented in LTDB017_a vs. the tracks generated automatically by Imaris. Automatic tracks were interrupted when the software could not detect or link cells, yielding to the creation of an increased number of shorter tracklets.
