  1. aTotal RNA from 3 control and 3 knockout mice at each time point were used for the expression analysis by QPCR method. The Data presented is the mean and standard deviations. Fold differences for C/EBPβ at 2 and 3 weeks, GRP78 and PPARγ at 4 weeks are statistically not significant (P>0.05) as indicated by NS, whereas all the other fold differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Expression of C/EBPβ at 4 weeks was not determined.
