Twenty-four hours after oral administration of 30 mg/kg RO8191 or vehicle (including 10% dimethyl sulfoxide and 10% Cremophor) to mice, total RNA was extracted from the mouse livers and the mRNA levels of murine ISGs were measured using real-time RT-PCR.
