Optical transmission through a double-hole with 25 nm tip separation and with 10 mW of incident power.
This figure shows trapping and releasing of a 20 nm polystyrene nanosphere with increasing flow after trapping was achieved. Double-arrows show 0.5 μL/min increments in the flow rate.
