Photovoltaic performance of PbS:Hg QD-sensitized solar cell.
J-V curve and EQE spectrum (inset) of PbS:Hg QD-sensitized solar cell. HgCl2 concentration was 6 mmol and number of coating cycle was 6. Total TiO2 film thickness was 25 μm, comprising 5 μm with 20 nm TiO2 particles and 20 μm with 40 nm and 500 nm TiO2 particles.
