The response of a resonant filter-fiber (3 μm wide, 138 μm long and 220 nm thick silicon nitride fiber coated with a layer of 50 nm Al) to 28.0 ± 3.2 nm silica nanoparticles with a concentration of 3 × 106 ± 1 × 106 particles/cm3.
