Knockdown of ASBEL induces apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell lines.
(a) qRT-PCR analysis of ASBEL expression in human ovarian cancerous and corresponding non-cancerous tissues. 1~5, serous adenocarcinoma; 6 and 7, endometrioid adenocarcinoma; 8 and 9, clear cell adenocarcinoma; 10, mucinous adenocarcinoma ; 11, dysgerminoma. Prior to fold-change calculation, the values were normalized to the signal generated from GAPDH mRNA.
