iNPCs, WT-NPCs and Fbb were subjected to suspension culture or adherent culture (coated with Poly-D-Lysine/Fibronectin) and morphology of cells were assessed by bright-field microscopy (right panel). Cells (5 × 104) cultured in 24-well plate containing coverslips coated with Poly-D-Lysine/Fibronectin, were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS and then subjected to immunostaining with Nestin (red), Sox2 and Pax6 (green) antibodies and nuclear staining with DAPI (blue) (left panel).
