The central peak of the LSPR (λSP) of the silver films shifts from 470 nm to 735 nm as td/tc increases from 0.13 to 0.94. (c) SEM image of the near-percolating silver film with normalized deposition time td/tc = 0.94. The average size of the silver nanoparticles is about 40 nm and the average gap distance between the silver nanoparticles is about 4 nm.
