OxLDL up-regulates IRGM/IRGM1 expression in macrophage.
Bone marrow macrophages (BMMΦ) were recruited from C57/B6 mice. Cells were then treated with or without oxLDL for 48 hours. IRGM1 expression was tested by western blot ( a, n = 4, p = 0.01).
