The human Y chromosome is seen as red spots. hEMSCPCs are human Y positive (A). Cells from caudal vein blood of human Y positive female chimeras had differently shaped nuclei: sublobe nucleus (B), giant nucleus (C), spherical nucleus (D) and renal type nucleus (E).
