Effect of macrophage-conditioned media on VSV mediated killing of tumor cells.
(a) Cell killing by VSV-GFP. Cells were treated for 24 h with media alone or with conditioned media from RAW264.7 or J774A.1 before VSV exposure. MTS assays were performed 48 h post infection. Cell viability is presented as a percentage of uninfected cells.
