Thicknesses are (a) 90 unit cells (u.c.) and (b) 12 u.c. (c) Piezoelectric response vs. applied d.c. voltage on AFM tip for the T-BFO/CMO heterostructure evaluated at room temperature. (d) Polarization versus applied voltage measured at the temperature of 77 K and frequency of 5 kHz for the 120 nm thick T-BFO film with ITO and CCMO(x = 0.04) films as top and bottom electrodes, respectively.
