Wildtype and heterozygous or homozygous Kdm4A^KG, B^EY loss-of-function siblings were identified by the presence or absence of GFP and were imaged at the (A) first and (B) second instar larval stages. Second instar wildtype and Kdm4A^KG, B^EY homozygous larvae were imaged to visualize the mouthhook (C) and posterior spiracles (D).
