(A) Histogram depicting logarithmic expression change of rice GlxI genes based on qRT-PCR analysis. Real time PCR analysis was done with cDNA template generated from shoot tissue of 14 day old stressed or control seedlings. As OsGLYI7.2 and OsGLYI11.1 could not be amplified they are not included in the real-time PCR analysis. (B) Heat map and hierarchical cluster display of expression profile for GlxI genes showing different levels of expression in response to stress at 6 h and 24 h.
