Effect of HS-173 on ECM accumulation and PI3K/Akt signaling in mice with CCl4-induced liver fibrosis.
(A) Expression of TGF-β1, α-SMA, collagen I, MMP-2 and TIMP-1 was evaluated by immunostaining in liver tissues extracted from mice treated with CCl4 and HS-173 for 4 weeks.
