The colors indicate the different scenarios detailed in the text. The parameters can be found for the corresponding cases in the caption to Figs. 3,4,5,67. The magenta dashed line indicates the infinite temperature limit corresponding to a thermalized system. While we cannot rule out the possibility of the non-thermal states thermalizing on longer time scales, we see no indication of this occurring in any of the data we analyzed.
