Serum cytokine levels after LPS injection.

Peripheral blood was obtained from GAPDH or PBS pre-treated mice at 6 or 12 h after LPS injection. Serum cytokine levels of IL-6 (a), TNF-α (b) and IFN-γ (c) were determined by using specific ELISA kits. Each symbol in all graphs indicates individual mouse and bars show mean value. *, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01 versus the PBS pre-treated group.
