(A–D) In the left panel, the behavioural fingerprints for each dose were calculated as ± the standard deviations from the controls. In these fingerprints, the red and blue colours indicate higher and lower values, respectively, relative to the controls. The black and white bars indicate the night and day measurements, respectively. From left to right, these parameters are the total amount of rest, number of rest bouts, length of the rest bouts, total activity and waking activity. The middle and right panels show the line graphs that were generated to analyse the total amount of rest and waking activity in detail. Error bars represent the standard error of the means (SEM). In our study, P < 0.05 (*) and P < 0.01 (**) were considered to be significantly different relative to the controls.
