Real time TM and TE phase changes in radians measured by DPI for Mag2 binding to (A) DMPC and (B) DMPC/DMPG (4:1) supported unilamellar bilayers and Mag-A binding to (C) DMPC and (D) DMPC/DMPG (4:1) supported unilamellar bilayer.

The peptide solutions were injected onto the bilayer accumulatively at concentrations 1.25 μM–40 μM.
