Fecal albumin and IgG levels in WT and IE-Cpr-null mice.

Freshly voided fecal pellets from WT and IE-Cpr-null mice were homogenized as indicated in the Methods. We used ELISAs to assess (Panel A) albumin and (Panel B) IgG levels in the homogenates. Each symbol represents a single fecal pellet collection. Statistical analysis was performed with the Mann-Whitney test (n = 8). Red bars indicate average values ± SEM. *, P < 0.05.
