Figure 3A illustrates the free gemcitabine concentration (μg/ml) over time. Figure 3B exhibits the free dFdU concentration (μg/ml) over time. Figure 3C describes gold concentration (μg/ml) over time. Figure 3D shows the free C225 concentration (μg/ml) in the plasma after IP and IV injection of ACG44. Data points are the mean of three animals per time point with standard deviation bars.
