Frame-shift and nonsense mutations are shown in red; other missense mutations are shown in black. (B) Pair-wise comparisons of MLL2 expression in NSCLC tumors and adjacent normal tissues. Relative abundance of MLL2 was measured based on the ratio between fluorescence emission intensity values between MLL2 and GAPDH in the same sample obtained by quantitative real-time PCR.
