Effects of AsGO on the main metabolic pathways of plant cells.
The metabolites labeled with arrows showed significant differences (P < 0.05) between the tested groups. Compared with the control, As-only and GO-only groups, AsGO induced metabolic changes with a high VIP in roots and shoots, which are indicated with blue and red arrows, respectively. The directions of the arrows indicate the up-regulation and down-regulation of metabolites. The filled and dotted black arrows represent direct and indirect reactions, respectively.
