NF-κB and AP-1 pathway luciferase reporter assays.

RAW264.7 cells were transiently co-transfected with pNFκB-Luc (a) or pAP1-Luc (b) and pRL-TK using Lipofectamine™ 2000 Transfection Reagent. Cells were then treated with different extracts from RR and LPS/IFN-γ or PMA. After 24 h culture, cells were collected for dual-luciferase activity assays. Each value represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments and * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01, *** P < 0.001 compared to LPS/IFN-γ control.
