Glucose and (e) insulin levels during intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) on SD. (g). Glucose and (h) insulin levels during IPGTT on WD. The glucose dose used was 2 mg/g body weight. (f). Intraperitoneal insulin tolerance test (IPITT) with the insulin dose of 0.25 mU/g body weight on SD and (i) on WD in Bellomo Vegf-b-/- and littermate control mice. The statistical analyses were performed with one-way ANOVA (a) or Student's t-test (b to i). Results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. n = 8-12.
