Difference internal motion maps of AChBP and nAChR between two experimental conditions.
Internal motion maps were obtained for AChBP and nAChR in the presence of either ACh or αBtx or in the absence of ligands (Figures 3a and 3b). Then, maps presenting the difference in the internal motion of the protein under two different conditions (from a total of three), such as ACh-αBtx, ACh-ligand free and αBtx-ligand free, were compared.
