Functional study of the GPCR019111 gene in the permethrin resistant HAmCqG8 strain using RNAi.

The correlation between GPCR019111 expression and susceptibility to permethrin was determined by dsRNA knockdown of the GPCR019111 gene in HAmCqG8 mosquitoes compared to non-injected and GFP-injected mosquitoes. The Y-axis represents the LC50 of permethrin in dsRNA-injected and non-injected mosquitoes. (B). Relative expression of 4 cytochrome P450 genes in dsRNA of GPCR019111-injected, GFP-injected and non-injected mosquitoes. The relative gene expression shown along the Y-axis is the ratio of the gene expression in dsRNA-injected mosquitoes compared with that in non-injected mosquitoes.
