The miRNA expression levels were analyzed as described in Figure 4. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to estimate the relationship between the gene expression and the AST level. (A). The expression levels of seven miRNAs were upregulated. (B). The expression levels of three miRNAs were downregulated according to the pathological conditions after hepatic allografting. All experiments, data were analyzed of three mice per each time point and expressed as the mean ± SEM, except for day30, which reflect the average values from two mice.
