(B) The subcellular localization of FgTub1-GFP and FgTub2-GFP in the wild type strain PH-1 and Fgkin1 deletion mutant. In PH-1, both FgTub1 and FgTub2 localized to the microtubules. In the Fgkin1 mutant, FgTub1 became aggregated in the nucleolus but FgTub2 still localized to the microtubules. Bar = 10 μm.
