Escape mutants to the monoclonal antibodies 1H3, 2G4 and 4G7.
VSVΔG-EBOVGP was passaged three times in the presence of either of the monoclonal antibodies. The EBOV GP gene was then sequenced by Sanger sequencing and aligned to that of the original virus (sequenced in parallel).
