AKBA protects primary cultured neurons against OGD-induced cell death AKBA affords cell protection through the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.
Cells were pretreated with AKBA for 2 h before being subjected to 60 min OGD then incubated with AKBA for an additional 24 h. All data represent the mean ± SD of triplicate independent experiments.
