PGRN loses protective effect on intestinal inflammation in TNFR2-deficient colitis model.
TNFR2−/− TNBS colitis model was induced by administration of TNBS in ethanol. PGRN group mice (n = 5) were treated with 100 μg PGRN every two days beginning at day 1 after TNBS induction, whereas control group (n = 5) were treated with PBS.
