From: PGRN protects against colitis progression in mice in an IL-10 and TNFR2 dependent manner

PGRN−/− mice are highly susceptible to DSS induction.
DSS colitis model was established in wild-type (n = 10) and PGRN−/− (n = 8) mice by administration of 3% DSS solution in drinking water for 5 days, followed by normal drinking water for 2 days.
