Synthetic αDEC205-Sc-OVA8-ED3 vaccine generates enhanced antibody response.
C57BL/6 mice were subcutaneously immunized twice with 300 pmol of αDEC205-Sc-OVA8-ED3 or Sc-OVA8-ED3, along with 30 μg CpG and 30 μg Poly I:C as an adjuvant, at a 14-day interval. Seven days after the last vaccination, the mice were bled and the serum antibodies against TBEV ED3 were measured by ELISA. The statistical results are shown. Mean ± SD (n = 8). **, P < 0.01.
