(B) Mean Β± SD (n = 3) concentration (particles/mL) for ExoSpin, Invitrogen, PureExo and Ultracentrifugation processed samples and unprocessed control. There was no significant difference in concentration the unprocessed control and each of the processed samples respectively, although the difference in recovered yield between the unprocessed sample and ultracentrifugation purification approached significance (p = 0.0572).
