Ratios <1.0 denote relative selectivity for βarr inhibition (the lower the ratio, the higher the selectivity), ratios >1.0 denote relative selectivity for G protein inhibition (and the higher the ratio, the higher the selectivity), whereas a ratio of 1.0 denotes no selectivity.
