Relationship between clinical symptoms and anti-annexin A2 antibody.
(a) Thirty-one BD patients of anti-annexin A2 antibody-positive were analyzed to determine the correlation to clinical information. Each square represents a patient. The red color represents the corresponding organ involved and green without. (b) The clinical information of fifty-nine anti-annexin A2 antibody-negative BD patient samples. (c) Comparing the clinical information between the anti-annexin A2 antibody-positive and -negative groups. The ratio was obtained from (Numberclinical+/Numberpositive)/(Numberclinical+/Numbernegative). The data were analyzed using SPSS software (Version 17, Chicago, IL). Recurrent oral ulcers (ROU), recurrent genital ulcers (RGU), skin lesions (SKIN), anterior uveitis (AU), vascular involvement (VI), gastrointestinal involvement (GI), nervous system involvement (NI), joint involvement (JOINT), respiratory system (RI) and urinary system (UI).
