R_z value (A_soret/A₂₈₀) and ABTS oxidation activity of native- and reconstituted-BsDyP.

For ABTS oxidation, 1.0 mM of ABTS and 210 μgmL⁻¹ of BsDyP were used (pH 3.0 and 30°C). The catalytic product was measured at 420 nm (ε₄₂₀ = 36 mM⁻¹cm⁻¹).
