WDR5 was upregulated in bladder cancer tissues.

(A) The expression of WDR5 was detected in bladder normal urothelium and cancer tissue by IHC and representative samples are shown at 400× magnification. (B) The expression of WDR5 was quantified by H-score in normal urothelium and bladder cancer. The samples were classed as low (H-score <200) or high (H-score ≥200) WDR5 expression. (C) The overall survival rates of the 59 bladder cancer patients were compared in the WDR5-low and WDR5-high groups. Statistical significance was determined using the log-rank test.
