  1. The assays were performed in the buffer containing 0.05 M Tris, 0.05 M Bis-Tris, 0.1 M acetate and 10 mM Mn2+ at 25°C and pH 7.0 with varying concentrations of pNPP and Na2SO4. The data were fitted to the equation 5 and were analyzed by software GraphPadPrism5. The data showed were repeated three times at least.
