Immunofluorescence of the tumor, liver and kidney tissue sections.

The tissue slices were incubated with TRITC for 30 minutes. DAPI was used to achieve nuclear staining. The results demonstrated that ⁶⁸Ga-NOTA-MG7 was specifically bonded to the BGC-823 tumor cell lines. The staining of the mouse liver and kidney both revealed relatively low signals, indicating that these tissues do not express significant MG7-Ag. All images were acquired under the same conditions and displayed at the same scale. Magnification: 120×.
