Relationship between promoter DNA methylation and expression levels of genes in chicken.
Genes were classified into deciles based on the expression level, the 1st decile is the lowest and the 10th is the highest. Promoter regions of each gene probed by our array were divided into 100-bp fragments. Plots show the methylation level of each fragment.
