Microtubule alteration-mediated pVHL subcellular localization trafficking was involved in HIF-1α regulation.

(A) CMs were transfected with recombinant adenovirus to overexpress pVHL (pVHL-Ad) before treatment with paclitaxel prior to hypoxia.
